It’s too hot today. I thought to have a cold drink, I am sure that someone would be here asking his/her share, before I could finish.
Canteen’s window is showing a farmer working in the field that reminded me of my father working under the burning sun. Like others, he also didn’t want their children to work in the field, so he worked by himself and gave preference to our study. How different the life of villagers is, they see all the glitter as gold!
I fear when my father’s dream of making us successful in our life would come true our chances of helping him on the field would gradually lesson, money was not the only thing which was going to help him, but a fruit has to be separated from the tree to grow its own saplings.
There was some cold drink remained in bottle when someone snatched. she took me back to the canteen, was quite happy and wanted me to be the first to know about the reason of her happiness, without asking she told “My father won the case and we got five acre of land”
Lakhs were not the amount what her father didn’t see as he is an employee of central government!
Money is never enough, the more you get the more you spend, after all it was my grandfather’s property and we have an equal right on it! She said
Where is your grandfather? (I asked)
He used to live with my uncle, suddenly he died of attack and my uncle was not willing to give the property of our right, my father is also one of his sons.

What do you mean by now, my father studied hard, sacrificed the love of a family than only he could be able to lead a good life. (My question provoked her)
How difficult the life would be if we all were living in village depended on farming.
But he would have one brother to help in his work. (My word worked as fuel in fire)
“Means”, my father should leave government job for working in the field where there is no surety of profit and if it is then what to do with that life of village is……!
